Playing with Words

  2020 – here we are!

Wasn’t it only yesterday we thought achieving the year 2000 was REALLY something?

And look at us now!

I’m still writing – more than ever.

In too many different directions, as ever.

My weekend write-in flash fiction stories continue on Wattpad, as I once again attempt to meet all challenges for the year. As per usual, the goal is to write an approximately 500 word story including the prompt of the week. This can be in any genre, including poetry and is wide open to interpretation of that single word. The creativity and variety of stories written by the regular participants is quite fantastic – as are the comments we share about each others’ work.

I’m being a little experimental this year – thinking I’ll list the contents right here to start with – featuring the story name, date, prompt word and a tiny snippet about the story. Then I’m going to try out putting all the stories here on my website for your reading pleasure.

AND THEN I’m going to link each title so you can go read any one of these little gems!!

Just click on one of them and see where my magic carpet takes you!

Now the minor detail of doing all that! As I have on Wattpad, I’ll put the latest ‘flasher’ first for easy-peasy finding and reading for you! Owzat??
