Here we go again! My new collection of 500 word flash-fiction stories I’m tempted to write most weeks to meet the lure of the Weekend Write-in prompt word challenges in 2019.
[Hope I’ll be able to repeat my proud statement of last year – that I haven’t missed too many weeks, despite a few challenging situations]
You know the saying about the ‘best made plans of mice and men’? Well-ll-ll… have I been busy, or what? And neglecting SO many corners of my world as I recovered more dexterity of my busted hand, and prepared submissions for some writing contests. Taking a breather from them all for a bit – and embarrassing myself by trying to attack my ‘To Do’ list.
Here are two more of my ‘flashers’ to start back on the road to presenting them all to you (I hope!)
Just a Minute

MICA
My Think I Can Fly
collection has some interesting little ‘flashers’ so far, like –
the first one – ‘A Winning Workhorse’ – with its fascinating snippet of vehicle history,
‘Here Come the Shearers’ is an entertaining insight into the after hours life of a shearer,
and a wonderful tale about a small creature who made it, against the odds – he was Snoopy, and his was – The First Kangaroo Tale
Hope you’ll drop by and see the rest – and keep returning as the list grows. I promise there will be a wide cross-section of subjects and genres, and whether joyous, poignant, or downright sad, I promise all will be entertaining small reads to fill in a boring moment.

Hope you enjoy my collection.
